As Co-Founder and Managing Director at MAKE, I am responsible for our design, strategy and innovation capability. We have established a reputation for the quality of our work and ability to deliver tangible commercial outcomes. We are also known for our inclusive and collaborative style and ability to link strategy with execution.

Prior to founding MAKE I was responsible for shaping and building Deloitte Digital’s service design capability and bringing it to market. During my tenure, I helped some of Australia's biggest companies create award winning brand experiences and market leading service offerings.

I like to have a hands-on approach to getting things done and I’m at my best when I get to work on future oriented topics. Some of my proudest achievements have been to work with clients such as World Vision, University of Melbourne, Telstra, IAG, Medibank, RACV and Department of Justice at a strategic level to understand and solve some of their most complex business challenges.

I have recently relocated to Germany and live in the Munich area.
